If they advertise the rental, they will need to deal with an excessive amount of people wanting to inspect the property, far too many applications requiring hours of processing work, not to mention the high volume of communication to keep applicants updated.

Alternatively, a Property Manager can login to Preferred Tenants, enter the address and details of the rental property and select one or a few suitable Tenants looking for that type of property and contact them for a private inspection.

As a Property Manager clearly, it’s much easier to deal with a few suitable prospective Tenants for free rather than pay expensive advertising and deal with too many applicants.

Creating a Profile with as much information as you feel comfortable with will ensure you present well to Property Managers.

Get an opportunity to tell your story and provide general background information such as social links, photos and upload any relevant supporting documentation to enhance your profile.

You can quickly select the type of home you are searching for within a minute or two by ticking boxes and pre-filled selections for the core property type.

Then there’s a list of Wants and Needs (solar power, pool etc.) that will further help the Property Manager to match you to a suitable property.

Search results provided to Property Managers is based on the suburb location of any particular rental property, if you select a suburb that is nearby, you will display high on the search results.

You can select one or a few suburbs to ensure you are prominent in highly populated areas.

It Takes About 10-15 Minutes to Create a Great Profile

Whilst you provide your name, email address and phone number in the subscription process, we only display a representative username to your profile even though the directory pages of Preferred Tenants is only accessible to screened and approved Real Estate Professionals.

Identity and verification documents that are uploaded are not stored on the web site. They are moved to an offline storage facility for safekeeping, and are only made availble on request once an invitation to inspect is initiated.

Your full details are only provided to Property Managers individually on request.
