We Will Do This by Making Leasing a Property Streamlined for as Many Agents as Possible
In 2022 being on the fringe of the Real Estate industry, we identified that the worsening rental housing crisis had shaped the need to change how a property was leased.
With overworked Agents and frustrated people inspecting properties that sometimes have less than a 1% chance of being successful in leasing despite being good candidates, something had to give.
The solution we found was a concept that reverses the process of leasing any property by creating a directory of Tenants instead of a directory of Properties.
An idea is one thing, developing the technology to make it happen is another major challenge.
But having already created one large-scale directory in findasmallbusiness.au, we were able to recreate some of the same unique intelligence to drive preferredtenants.au and preferredbuyers.au.
With a heavy focus on Data Security and digital automation, the task has been complex and lengthy.
We now have a platform that will help good tenants find a new home without stress and will be a circuit breaker for overworked Agents.
Unfortunately, we are not able to build more homes for people and solve the housing crisis, we do however save all involved in this government-fuelled debacle time and money, even those who inspect properties they would otherwise be unsuccessful with.
